Sunflowers hold quite an uplifting message, don't you think? They always face the sun, and if the sun is treated as the embodyment of all that is good.... well, I'll let you work out the analogy.
The reason I made this picture was for a friend of mine. His grandfather just died, and I thought that maybe it might cheer him up a little. But I still need to get around to sending it. Kind of funny isn't it? I don't submit anything for 6 months, and then suddenly I submit two things in one day.  Open Canvas. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
